Board of Directors Dinner,
British Museum
Commissioned by MCI Netherlands, we provided the technical event production for an impressive corporate dinner at the British Museum. Working in close partnership with Unlimited Productions and Live Legends, we installed an extensive package of technical equipment and scenic design, which included bespoke LED table centres and over fifty metres of modular flower walls, which were designed in collaboration with Lavender Green Flowers. This was in addition to a large intelligent lighting installation, live performance audio system and an 88 sqm stage built in front of the iconic Reading Room.
To ensure time was available for the equipment installation and rehearsal of the show, we worked in the museum for five consecutive nights, with all equipment packed away each morning to ensure the museum could operate as normal during the day.
Commenting on how the Wise live production team approached this project, the event and management team of the museum said: ‘We have experienced a lot in previous years, but how you guys have beat all the challenges and performed is fantastic’.
