Purchasing Assistant

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play an important role in Wise’s Finance Team, managing the new credit card process, liaising with suppliers to achieve favourable discounts and credit terms, as well as supporting the Purchase Ledger, a fundamental function of Accounts. This role requires a person who has excellent attention to detail, is very numerate, and is comfortable communicating with the wider Team.

Creative Lead

At Wise Productions our design team work alongside Project Managers and Production Managers to see a project from conception to delivery. We are looking for a multi-disciplinary Creative Production Design Lead, with a passion for the creative process and the ability to work collaboratively alongside a variety of disciplines. The right candidate will need extensive experience in live event production, demonstrate design acumen and relish the opportunity to work across a mixture of corporate and private event briefs.

Site Tech Manager

Reporting to the Head of Project Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the companies operations by assisting in the delivery of events. This role requires an experienced and professional individual with a passion for delivering excellence. This person should enjoy working within a team and have a good basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and video equipment preparation and maintenance, as well as interest in onsite installations and derigs. This role is split between onsite work in London’s unique venues as well as further afield, and in the Perivale Warehouse.

Facilities Manager (part-time)

Reporting to the Head of People & Business Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our event production facilities. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for our staff, freelancers and clients.

Warehouse Technician

Wise Productions is currently looking for a knowledgeable Warehouse Technician to join the team. The post holder will work closely with the staging & furniture team, audio, lighting, site, & video technicians to create and deliver content that supports the company to meet the needs of our clients and accredited venues ensuring that we deliver excellence for every project.

Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator

As the Marketing & Partnerships Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Marketing & Partnerships function to drive impactful business growth. You will primarily focus on marketing activities and will provide support to the team’s partnership initiatives as required, contributing to the overall success of our business development efforts. This dynamic role requires a proactive and creative individual to maximise brand presence across multiple channels, including social media and content creation.

Staging & Furniture Technician

Reporting to the Staging & Furniture Manager, we are seeking a Staging and Furniture Technician to undertake the meticulous preparation, maintenance and organisation of our range of staging and furniture products.

Project Director

Reporting to the Director of Events, Wise is looking for an experienced Project Director to join the team to deliver some of our largest, high-end, creative productions in London’s unique and historic venues as well as throughout the UK and internationally. Advanced technical knowledge is essential, and the individual must exemplify exceptional customer service, diligent budgeting across complex projects, whilst being a role model and mentor to the rest of the projects team.
