Inventory Manager

The Inventory Manager will oversee all aspects of equipment asset management, ensuring availability, accuracy, and optimal condition across all disciplines. They will take ownership of HireHop reporting, external maintenance coordination, and sub hire organisation, supporting the seamless delivery of events through effective stock control and planning.

Video Technical Manager

Wise Productions is seeking an experienced Video Technical Manager to join the team to support growing demand for video within live events. The post holder will play a pivotal role in the operation of the video department, working closely with other internal departments to ensure the service is client focused, meets the needs of our accredited venues and delivers excellence for every project. This would suit a bright, self-motivated, and organised individual with technical experience of delivering video projects for high value clients.

Lighting Technical Manager

Wise Productions is seeking an experienced Lighting Technical Manager to join the team to support growing demand for lighting within live events. The post holder will play a pivotal role in the operation of the lighting department, working closely with other internal departments to ensure the service is client focused, meets the needs of our accredited venues and delivers excellence for every project. This would suit a bright, self-motivated, and organised individual with technical experience of delivering lighting projects for high value clients.

Site Technician

Reporting to the Site Tech Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the companies operations by assisting in the delivery of events. This role requires an experienced and professional individual with a passion for delivering excellence. This person should enjoy working within a team and have a good basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and video equipment preparation and maintenance, as well as interest in onsite installations and derigs. This role is split between onsite work in London’s unique venues as well as further afield, and in the Perivale Warehouse.

Purchasing Assistant

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play an important role in Wise’s Finance Team, managing the new credit card process, liaising with suppliers to achieve favourable discounts and credit terms, as well as supporting the Purchase Ledger, a fundamental function of Accounts. This role requires a person who has excellent attention to detail, is very numerate, and is comfortable communicating with the wider Team.
