Purchasing Assistant

  • Perivale / Hybrid

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play an important role in Wise’s Finance Team, managing the new credit card process, liaising with suppliers to achieve favourable discounts and credit terms, as well as supporting the Purchase Ledger, a fundamental function of Accounts. This role requires a person who has excellent attention to detail, is very numerate, and is comfortable communicating with the wider Team.

Creative Lead

Site Tech Manager

  • 🌍 2023 Impact Report 🌍 Wise are proud to present our second annual Impact Report, detailing our 2023 journey and the significant strides we made towards our goal of setting a new standard in sustainable event production. We are delighted to have eliminated our Scope 2 emissions entirely, and of the progress made towards finessing the accuracy of our carbon emissions data. The carbon dioxide we produced operationally in 2023 has been offset to support Jingyuan County’s 100 MW Solar Power Generation Project – meaning Wise remains a carbon neutral company. We know our work is far from over. Looking to the future, we approach the challenges to come with unwavering commitment and optimism. We’re committed to continuous improvement, learning from our mistakes, and to adapting to the ever-changing world of live event production. This comes from listening to our clients, partner venues and other key stakeholders, and redoubling our efforts to put this vital subject even higher up the agenda in all interactions.
