Smart Group
As custodians of 60 Great Queen Street, Smart Group led the vision for an experience centred on collaboration and possibility. The newly rebranded venue was presented as a space where heritage meets innovation, encouraging guests to imagine how it could transform for future events. As Senior Marketing Manager Alice King explains, the goal is to help redefine London’s event landscape by showing how historic architecture and modern creativity can work side by side.
Moving Venue
Catering became a key part of the guest journey, designed to engage more than just taste. Moving Venue created a menu rooted in seasonality and sensory detail, from the scent of pine released when opening a box lid to the cool textures of ice and seaweed enhancing fresh seafood. As Sales Director Paige Norman describes, “each dish was created to immerse guests fully in the experience.”
Mary Jane Vaughan
Florals added depth and warmth while reflecting a thoughtful, sustainable approach. Using English-grown flowers and reusable, foam-free mechanics, the Mary Jane Vaughan team introduced velvety textures and rich colours that glowed in the low golden light. The arrangements complemented the historic interiors without overpowering them, bringing softness and movement to each space.
Elan Artists
Entertainment unfolded naturally throughout the evening, encouraging discovery rather than demanding attention. Wandering musicians, character-led hosts and cinematic moments kept the atmosphere dynamic, building towards a refined, modern take on classic cabaret. The aim was simple: to create moments guests would remember long after the night ended.
Options Great Hire
Furniture and styling tied everything together, responding to the architecture with a light touch. In the Long Room, Options Great Hire created a look that felt timeless yet theatrical, adding warmth while allowing the elegance of the space to lead. The result was a setting that felt immersive, balanced and effortlessly considered.
Together, these partnerships brought Wise Productions’ values to life, demonstrating how creativity, collaboration and technical expertise combine to create experiences that feel seamless, inspiring and truly memorable. Close collaboration between suppliers was at the heart of the showcase, with each partner contributing their expertise while working towards a shared creative vision. The result was a cohesive experience where every element, from production and styling to catering, florals and entertainment, felt connected, intentional and greater than the sum of its parts!
