Rob (left) joins Wise Productions as Project Director, bringing more than 15 years’ experience across the live events industry. He began his career in live music before progressing into large-scale corporate and cultural events, delivering projects across the Unique Venues of London portfolio. His venue experience includes Tate Modern, the National Gallery, the National Portrait Gallery, the Royal Academy, Sky Garden and St Paul’s Cathedral.
Earlier in his career, Rob founded and led an events and artist management company in his home country of Zimbabwe. Starting out as a DJ, he went on to deliver a remote New Year’s festival for 2,000 people.
Rob is drawn to Wise’s values-led, employee-owned model, which reflects his belief in collaboration, shared accountability and long-term collective success.
Simon (right) joins Wise as Head of Technical & Production, bringing over 20 years’ experience in live events. He began his career as a warehouse technician in 2006 and has progressed through every level of delivery, from on-site crew roles and crew chief positions to project management and senior technical leadership. This hands-on progression has given him a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of event production.
With a core specialism in live sound, Simon has expanded his expertise across lighting, video and rigging. His experience spans royal events, London Fashion Week, major festivals and global brand activations, alongside extensive delivery across unique and heritage venues.
Since joining Wise, Simon has engaged closely with the employee-owned model and the shared accountability it brings. He is focused on building strong working relationships across the business and contributing to the continued development of Wise’s technical and production delivery.
