2024 marked a significant moment in our sustainability journey. With our third-party verified carbon audit, we gained our clearest understanding yet of where our emissions sit — and where meaningful reductions will matter most.
While some areas of our footprint reduced, others increased as we restructured parts of the business and partnered more closely with external specialists. These shifts weren’t taken lightly. They reflect a more mature, data-led approach to sustainability — one that prioritises long-term impact over short-term optics.
As an employee-owned business, our progress is powered by our people.
From the work of our Green Team and Inclusivity Team, to Co-Owners embedding sustainability into their day-to-day roles, the momentum behind our impact strategy comes from within Wise. This shared ownership keeps us accountable, curious and willing to challenge how things have always been done.
In 2024 alone, we delivered 282 events, continued our commitment to net zero by 2050, and maintained our status as a carbon neutral organisation, offsetting our operational emissions while prioritising reduction first.
Our focus is clear.
We’re building a more connected, accessible workplace.
We’re strengthening sustainability-led supplier partnerships.
And we’re using data — not assumptions — to guide every decision we make.
We don’t believe sustainability is competitive. Progress only happens when knowledge is shared, challenges are faced honestly, and industries move forward together.
Thank you to our clients, venue partners, suppliers and peers — and most importantly, to our Co-Owners — for continuing to shape a more responsible future for live events.
